Our Rules

Please make a reservation only if you agree to the following.

*For all reservations and inquiries, please use the "Booking Form" on this web sight.
*All divers must book independently and not on behalf of others.
*Please only book certified divers who are aware of the inherent risks involved when diving in remote areas using compressed air or nitrox.
*Please only book if you understand the importance of the buddy system(including buddy equipment checks).
*You will not be booked if you have a medical reason that prohibits you from diving.
*We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible of cancellations due to weather and boat maintenance.
*Please bring all your own diving equipment, weights and diving tanks.Dream Hole requires a dive torch.
*Please make sure to carry at least one SMB per person.If you forget to bring your SMB, you can rent one. $5 each.
*If you require a rental diving tank, please let us know in advance.$5 per 1tank.
*Departure time is 8:30 (6:30 for Tech Dive). Please be at the port by 8:00 (6:00 for Tech Dive) and be prepared for diving.
*If you do not make it in time for the departure time on the day, your reservation will be canceled. However, you will still be able to participate in the second dive.
*Please observe the maximum underwater time limit: 45 minutes for fun diving and 100 minutes for technical diving.
*If you cannot return to the boat on your own, launch the SMB, slowly ascend to the surface and wait for the boat to pick you up. The boat will pick up all the divers before picking you up, so you will need to wait on the surface for a while. Make sure you stay far enough away from the shore. The boat cannot navigate in shallow areas.
*Do not dive beyond your training or ability.
*Do not exceed the depth or time limit of the planned dive.
*Do not ascend faster than 30 feet (10 meters) per minute and make a safety stop upon ascent.
*Please prepare your own insurance for diving.We only have insurance that covers accidents on the boat.All underwater activities are at your own risk.
*We are not responsible for safety off board.Please purchase diving insurance such as DAN,follow the captain's instructions, adhere to the buddy diving system, check all your equipment yourself, and dive conservatively with common sense.
*If you are unsure of your safety, we recommend hiring a dive guide. Dive guide services are an additional $15 per person per dive.
*Comply with all instructions from the captain and crew, the boat's rules, and government regulations.
*If you are not wearing a full wetsuit, you will need to wear a life jacket while on board (required by Japanese law).
*Smoking is prohibited on the boat deck and in the port. Please smoke in the parking lot.
*Do not board the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
*To protect the environment, shampoo and body soap are prohibited on board and in port.
*Payment is to be made by cash or credit card before the start of the dive on the day.

*3 day before tour 50%
*2 day before tour 100%
*Tour Day 100%
*If you do not show up at the scheduled time at the designated location, we will consider it a no-show.In this case, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
*Only those who have paid the cancellation fee will be able to make a next reservation.
